Purpose of Role

Your Impact

As a temporary replacement when receptionist takes PTO or anytime when they not in the front
Invitation letter preparation for global visitors visa application purpose
Book the flight / hotel with travel agency, cost tracking and management of company accounts
Check and review chop application with system in order to optimize chop / signature process
Vendor comparison and vendor survey to improve vendor quality
Expense claim check and support
Pay and file bills / invoices with Ariba system
Support admin team for big event such as annual dinners, company trips, Armour Day
Support admin team for SH office decoration
Other tasks assigned by Admin leader
Qualifications

Familiar with office system, Outlook, Excel, PPT
Good English writing, listening, speaking skills
Can guarantee 3 days a week at least
Workplace Location
