The team coordinates the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Project Management, Sales and others.

Order Management Team, which belongs to
Health System (HS)
products department within Philips Supply Chain Management structures. In our Philips PH portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, respirators, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:


Managing sales orders

Processing order activities or changes in SAP.

Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories, and other departments within Philips GBS)

Providing excellent customer service for our customers

Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner
You're the right fit if:


You are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies.

You are fluent in
English


You are available to work at least 30-40 hours/week.

You have a basic knowledge of Excel.
