For approved remediation, develop and execute plans to address these problems. Storage, Backups/Recovery Ensure HPE OneView products/application complete application backups on a nightly basis. Create and manage backup policies for Veritas NetBackup, NetApp, and Azure backups for all systems ensuring either all systems are backed up or have a approved documented exception Ensure storage systems (includes controllers/ subcomponents, disk shelves/disk and Fiber switches, tape library components and subsystem tasks such as deduplication) are running optimally at all times and provide recommendations/actions taken/issues resolved in a monthly report Compute/Server management. Provision and deliver virtual and physical servers (on premise and in the cloud This includes Windows/Linux Operating Systems, VMware hosts, VMware virtual appliances, Cloud virtual machines, Containers. Servers shall be delivered to customers within 3 days of service request. IAM Identity and Access Management Perform Active Directory operations/maintenance.
