Job Description
Manage Customer enquiry on whatsapp, facebook, Instagram and email
Resolve customer quality issues by coordinating with warehouse for replacement
Resolve customer shipment issues by following up with Ship rocket
Maintain a list of complaints to identify customer feedback
Ensure all compaints are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Ideally has worked in customer care role before
