Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising
Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of campaigns
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as content and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.
Experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
