* Merchandiser *

A fashion merchandiser, also known as a buyer, isresponsible for buying and merchandising clothing, footwear, and accessories.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying fabric & garment manufacturers, and developing the garment samples for the assigned product/style while working closely with the Vendors. As part of the product development team, s/he will also be providing support in identifying opportunities for cost-saving, onboarding new vendors, and executing the agenda for the department in the assigned product.

Job Responsibilities of a Garments Merchandiser:

Planning and developing merchandising strategies

• Vendor identification - Fabric, apparel & accessories.
• Resolve any quality issues in the garments received from the suppliers.
• Coordinating with sales team to receive the orders
• Handling & Sampling material from the vendor, Managing vendor & Creating appealing visual displays that suit our target market, budget, and the latest trends.
• To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.
• To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
• To prepare theorder costing and price quoting(link removed)>
• To monitor thegarments sample processaccording to the buyer requirement.
• To collect the all of garments fabric, accessories & trims.
