Searix helps event and campaign organisers realise their creative and strategic visions by delivering agile, innovative and reliable web-based technology that transforms event and campaign experiences.

Since our founding in 2013, Searix has been a technology consultancy at heart, specialising in innovative rapid prototyping.

In 2015, we built our first barcode guest registration and lucky draw system for a corporate event. Since then, weve developed 35 more systems and they have been deployed at more than 2,500 events in 11 countries. These solutions range from registration and badge printing systems for conferences and exhibitions, to custom redemption and referral systems for marketing campaigns, to AR effects across social channels, as well as interactive pop-up exhibits and launch mechanisms.

It is our mission to bring more innovation and better experiences to events and campaigns across the world.

This is a fully remote position that will report to the Singapore HQ.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a B2B Email Marketing Specialist at Searix, you will be in charge of orchestrating and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that strengthen our partnerships and foster new relationships within the global creative technology arena. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse groups, ranging from our established partner agencies to potential clients, focusing on initiating meaningful conversations, showcasing our technology solutions in alignment with their unique use cases, and cementing our position as their go-to partner for all potential projects.

Your role will not only require you to creatively engage our partners through compelling messaging but also to constantly evaluate the performance of these campaigns, using data-driven insights for continuous optimisation. In this crucial position, your efforts will directly influence our growth and market positioning, making it an ideal role for those seeking to make a substantial impact in a dynamic, innovative, and reliable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies to effectively initiate and sustain conversation with account managers, account directors, and creative producers across a variety of agencies and brands.
-Identify and understand the unique use cases of our diverse set of potential partners, and tailor marketing communications to convincingly present our services as the optimal technology solution for their event or campaign needs.
-Manage all aspects of email marketing communication with our different recipient groups, from already established partners to newly introduced agencies, ensuring all communications are relevant, engaging, and effectively foster relationships.
-Consistently track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimising strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve our B2B marketing objectives.
-Foster long-term relationships by keeping our brand top of mind with agencies, ensuring they consider us as their go-to partner for all potential projects.

Key Requirements:

-Proven track record in non-SaaS B2B email marketing, with demonstrable experience in initiating and sustaining professional relationships, identifying customer use cases, and staying top of mind with clients.
-Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, targeted messaging for diverse audiences.
-Proficiency in email marketing tools and software, as well as data analysis and reporting.
-Commitment to our core values of agility, innovation, and reliability.

Preferred: Ability to edit email marketing templates in HTML will be an added advantage.
Preferred: Deep understanding of the agency landscape, particularly within events and campaign organising.
