Position Highlights: Location: Northern Illinois Proximity: Approximately 30 miles southeast of Rockford, 40 miles west of Naperville, and 65 miles west of Chicago Work Setting: 100-bed state-of-the-art facility Flexible Schedule: 12-hour block schedule with flexibility for extra shifts Support: Exceptional support from physicians, RNs, and x-ray techs Technology: On-site x-ray, ultrasound, lab services, EPIC EMR with Dragon Choice of Status: Employee or Independent Contractor (1099) Requirements: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine MD/DO Illinois Medical License Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Medical Specialties: Internal Medicine Schedule: 12-hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift On-call Weekends as needed
