Purpose of Role

The Sr. Supply Planner will support the global business and drive operational excellence/business performance. The Sr. Supply Planner will optimize inventory management and fill rate results by working cross-functionally across the Supply Chain Organization. To be successful, the Sr. Supply Planner will be required to easily move between detailed tactical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for purchase order management within their assigned Division/business segment. The Sr. Supply Planner will be able to challenge other functions by having a strong understanding of data, processes, and calendars. A strong Sr. Supply Planner will help guide the global Supply Planning Team on key areas to improve.

Your Impact

Develop and run reporting to support Open to Buy processes. Reporting will be required to provide summaries of key Supply Planning data; and help resolve operational issues or other ad-hoc needs.
Global integration, providing data and analysis owning relationships with global partners (i.e. Regional Offices, Vendors). A trusted source of information, collaborating with partners to optimize capacity utilization.
Develop KPIs and validation protocols to ensure all Supply Planning activities are complete and accurate.
Collaborate within the Supply Planning Organization, Global Operations, and Regional Customer Service to optimize customer fill rate.
Participate in projects related to Supply Planning, including planning system testing. Ability to troubleshoot system issues, document processes, train others, and initiate continuous improvement projects.

The Sr. Supply Planner will focus on implementing and assisting in the execution of operational plans. Qualifications

A Global role, the Sr. Supply Planner will be proficient in planning system logic, cross-functional systems dependencies, and end-to-end Supply Chain understanding.
The Sr. Supply Planner will focus on implementing and assisting in the execution of operational plans.
The Sr. Supply Planner can operate under minimal supervision, and is trusted to make appropriate decisions for their business unit.
The Sr. Supply Planner will modify, improve, and develop new and unique tools, processes, and procedures including documentation.
Fast-paced and requiring nimble decision-making and strict attention to detail.
Processes developed must be flexible and need to support any ad hoc needs.
Success will depend on our Vendors, Development, Master Data, and Customer Service Teams. Failure impacts UAs ability to service customers.
Must maintain a collaborative work relationship with all partners when presenting data that may be challenging.
Acts in a mentorship role within the Supply Planning Team and is a trusted resource for Supply Planning Management.
Bachelors degree required or equivalent Supply Chain experience.
3-5 Years of Supply Chain Experience
1-2 Years of Supply Planning experience
Understanding of advanced planning systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in presenting to all levels of the supply chain

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our
Baltimore, MD
office.

Return to Work Designation: Three (3)
days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

$75,370.00 - $103,634.30USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
