As an Industry Engineer youll be responsible for production support. Were greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

What youll do

Join NPI team, do the time study and make the standard working time for new product, assisting NPI Engineer to organize the trial run.
Track and maintain the Standard Cycle Time for mass production.
Evaluate the capacity of factory and provide the solution and improvement actions.
Set up routing in SAP.
Train the operators with IE knowledge, lead lean projects, such as line balance, quick change over, Workplace organization, ergonomics improvement, etc. to improve the productivity of factory.
Reduce waste of the production
Ensure ECN/TECN implementation, focus on the time change and jig change.
Identity the loss time of production, analyze the cause and track the improvement action.
Evaluate the jig capacity and maintain the relate information to make sure production execute smoothly.
Optimize factory layout for better logistics flow and efficiency.

Your qualifications

Bachelors degree or above in Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years experience in Industry Engineering role in MNC industrial environment.
Be familiar with assembly manufacturing, luminaires industry is preferred.
Be familiar with lean production.
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill will be a plus.
Must be Familiar with office software (Excel, Word, Power point. CAD, etc.)
Workable oral, listening and reading English is a must.
