We are looking for a Gastroenterologist to join our team at a not-for-profit hospital system in Upstate New York. As part of our expanding practice, you have the opportunity to assume leadership roles, collaborating with a Chief Medical Officer who remains actively involved in patient care. Practice Details:

• Academic partnership with a local DO school, supporting an established fellowship program 
• Dedicated 1:1 Advanced Practice Provider support, along with a 3:1 fellow ratio and seasoned nursing staff
• Access to advanced procedures such as ERCP/EUS if desired

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed 3-year base salary followed by an RVU compensation structure with minimal pay variability
