Tidal Job Scheduler SME Job Location:- Remote Tidal Job Scheduler SME : Provide first-line support to end-users, including helping and empowering customers and resolving issues related to our clients financial applications. The application portfolio includes document management repositories/systems that handles inbound agent notices for bank loan holdings Legal platform for ebilling and legal hold management Trade matching applications Data reconciliation platforms Financial CRM and fund management applications Credit performance data tools Web application that help users to create financial reports Investment process management Cash and Collateral Management reconciliation system Finance ERP platform Below are mandates for the candidates Proven experience in application support or a related technical support role. Familiarity with financial software applications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. L2 Incident Resolution & Coordination and handling of enterprise change releases. Provide Enterprise Scheduler support ie troubleshoot jobs & maintain scheduler environment. Capable of operating independently, demonstrate logical thinking and articulate clear thought processes through clear communications Work with cross functional teams & vendors to establish the appropriate resolution to system issues Provide Timely and accurate user notifications internal application owners and end users Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating scope and timing of deliverables Oversee Application Onboarding projects Participate in Annual Disaster Recovery program Facilitate Application Quarterly Reviews QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in computer science or Information Systems or equivalent 2+ years of experience in an IT support environment Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Detail & process oriented professional with the ability to thrive in a high intensity, faced paced environment Working knowledge of ITIL concepts Basic knowledge in core enterprise infrastructure. Background working in organizations that provide 24x7x365 support. Experience with systems administration and computing. Experience with Enterprise job scheduler (knowledge of TIDAL a plus) Experience supporting web and application servers including monitoring and troubleshooting Meet tight deadlines, and handle several projects/tasks simultaneously Must be able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Employee will assist with high level troubleshooting/triage of incidents, application upgrades & maintenance. In addition, they will oversee projects, participate in disaster recovery program, and maintain support documentation. In this position, they will be responsible to operate independently and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to quickly evaluate, communicate, and remediate issues efficiently and effectively.
