RRT Registered Respiratory Therapist CRT Certified Respiratory Therapist Ocala FL Up to 7500 Sign On Bonus Shifts Available: NIGHTS rotating weekends DAYS rotating weekends SCHEDULE: Full time A 256 bed facility located in the heart of Ocala a 174 bed hospital located in west Marion County Summerfield ER a freestanding emergency department located in southern Marion County and a Level II Trauma Center and a Comprehensive Stroke Center The hospitals offer a host of other quality and award winning services including orthopedic care and joint replacement robotic surgery cardiac and vascular services including open heart surgery and interventional procedures emergency neurological and rehabilitation services and bariatric surgery Ocala Health has the only Commission on Cancer approved cancer center in Marion County Ocala Health outpatient facilities include Family Care Specialists a primary care network of six locations throughout Marion County; Advanced Imaging Centers; a freestanding Wound and Hyperbaric Center; a Senior Wellness Community Center; and three surgical and physician specialty practices Position Summary: Under general supervision the RRT Registered Respiratory Therapist will perform all respiratory care related duties Set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages Responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long term mechanical ventilation Respiratory Therapists are expected to be self directed in the absence of the full time Team Leader Maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given Salary range: RRT new grads 24 93 10 years 30 54 CRT 22 66 new grads 27 76 10 years rsquo; All pay rates can be negotiable with HR Night Shift diff: 3 25 SIGN ON: Up to 7500k Any experience is acceptable Ideally RRT EXPERIENCE BUT WOULD CONSIDER EXPERIENCE CRT S Open to NEW GRADS BUT STRONGLY PREFER CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE Registered Respiratory Therapist or CRT Prefer FL Lic or willing to get it Benefits: You are worth more than a paycheck Enjoy the following benefits and more: 401k Paid Time Off Medical dental flex spending life disability benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee discount program Employee stock purchase program Qualifications Requirements: Florida licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligible for state license
