Develop and manage a network of channel partners who promote, sell and support employers end user experience strategy. Successfully drive capital expenditures, operating expenditures, automated & software solutions through the channel partners to the market. Create accountability with channel partners for delivering the employers vision of end-user experience. Strengthen employers partnerships with P+ original equipment manufacturer channel partners at all decision-making unit levels between companies across Regions. Lead projects (and project team members) for the contribution of the region. Understand the partners goals, drivers, obstacles and leverages that insight to align mutually beneficial growth opportunities. Drive value for both employer and the partner. Gain and share insights to support global partner management. Proactively identify partner trends. Gain insights on trends. Engage partners in training and creates countermeasures to close gaps identified. Capitalize on positive trends. Work closely with the channel partners and creates an open dialogue on the status of mutual shared opportunities and pro-actively drive this forward. Build the Distinct Value propositions against Key competitors, using product data, calculators, benefits, and return of investment. Customize existing tools to help partners win against their competition. Advise and make recommendations to management on technical and commercial aspects of projects. Proactively identify customers that need to be monitored for retention and adoption. Research, build, and present from the shop floor to the executive level audience. Respond to technical questions. Position is fixed location based in NH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be permitted up to three (3) days per week. Travel required 30% of the time to visit partners and customers.
Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience as a Sales Manager or related occupation. Experience must include:
Two (2) years of experience in the following - Cutting applications and technologies used in the main vertical markets, including plasma cutting, laser, waterjet and oxyfuel cutting. - Shearing, punching and drilling - Diagnosing and troubleshooting systems, including HIB and LIB
40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm
