Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
2. Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing adjusting journal entries.
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights into the company's financial performance, trends, and variances.
4. Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax, in compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including preparing financial projections and monitoring budget variances.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information, analyze financial transactions, and provide support for decision-making.
7. Maintain compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
8. Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
9. Assist with external audits and reviews by providing requested documentation and explanations.
10. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure that the company remains in compliance.

Qualifications:
1. bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Previous experience as a Accountant preferred but not required. s
2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation or equivalent certification is preferred.
3. proper knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
