Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aspirations.
Promote Harmonia Laboriosa's services and programs through clear, concise, and engaging communication in both English and Malayalam.
Actively identify and qualify leads using various sources and strategies.
Conduct informative presentations about our offerings, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company developments to effectively represent Harmonia Laboriosa.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the education or recruitment sector.
Fluency in English and Malayalam (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven ability to build rapport, connect with diverse individuals, and effectively communicate complex information.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
