We are looking for someone to help drive the performance of one of our largest regions by using analytics to drive action. Someone that enables the company to achieve its strategic objectives while instilling our values into every interaction.
Role Responsibilities
Build a strong team that leverages efficiently designed and documented processes.
Design and build a robust analytic platform for the business to leverage to make decisions and track performance, integrating data from different sources.
Willingness to explore forward thinking approaches to solve problems, not just relying on how we do things today.
Build a roadmap of capabilities and tools for the next generation of analytics.
Providing data and insights that help the business deliver key strategic objectives.
Support business leaders to address specific needs, build repeatable processes that can be leveraged across the region.
Own the customer model for the region, understanding the drivers of our financial performance
Role Requirements
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of data analysis experience, preferably on FinTech or Marketing industry
4+ years of management / leadership experience
Advanced English Level
Presenting findings and data-based recommendations to Executive Management
Preferred Abilities
Experience creating dashboards with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
Advanced data analytic skills
Presentation skills
Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Experience working with and creating data architectures.
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
