System Test Architect - HIL


Your role:

Create and drive HiL testing roadmap
Define and Execute the Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) strategy for sub-system verification.
Requirement analysis and test case designing from HiL prespective
Testability review of the user needs, intended uses, system and sub-system requirements.
Preparing test cases and test scripts for HiL
Preparing test data and environment
Manage HiL environment, system baseline configuration and model control
Test planning, test cases execution and releasing the reports as per the process
Analyze, interpret and report test results for verification testing

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation /Mechanical/ Computer Science
Total 12+ years of experience including 6+ years in HiL Testing ( Preferably in Medical Domain).
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Well versed in Hardware-in-loop (HiL) architecture
Extensive knowledge and experience on test discipline, test strategy, test authoring and reviews
Hands-on-Experience with National Instruments (NI) hardware
Expert in NI VeriStand and NI LabVIEW Software
Understanding of Communication protocol such as CAN, I2C, Ethernet etc.
Good to have knowledge of Firmware, wire harness creation etc. w.r.t. HiL
Experience in Plant Model creation (preferable)
Good team player and experience to manage a 2-4 members team will be a plus
Experience in planning and execution using Agile methodology
Understanding of development processes (Software/ HW) and System Test Lifecycle
Hazard and norm compliance knowledge
Structured problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
