MMB - Business ANALYST (Staff / Senior Staff)


Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Reporting Line: Head of Strategy and Analytics - MMB

The purpose of the role is to investigate, analyze and report on information needs and business requirements to develop and execute MMBs business plan and strategic initiatives. The candidate will participate in strategic projects, be a key member of the strategy team and will have a high level of exposure to stakeholders of health insurance industry.

We will count on you to:

Produce Dashboard Report for clients
Provide analysis of our portfolio
Track, report, and analyze on KPIs, i.e. production, retention, yield increase
Support Consulting Team on data analytics
Interact directly with all team leaders in EH&B Department, insurance carriers and clients


What you need to have:

Bachelor degree from reputable university with at least two years working experience
Demonstrates solid analytical and problem solving capabilities
Proven ability to conduct industry/market research, structure ambiguity and extract key insights
A keen interest in health insurance industry
Specific skills in using Microsoft Excel; SQL and Tableau are preferred
Resourceful, self-starter, pro-active, an enthusiastic team player, and has a thirst for knowledge


What makes you stand out:

A university degree in these fields is preferred: mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, public health, economic/management.
Prior work experience in the insurance arena, especially Employee Health & Benefits
Completion of a few actuarial exams (The Society of Actuaries of Indonesia)
Knowledgeable and skillful in data visualization tools, especially Tableau Creator, PowerBI, or Qlikview

What you need to have:


Has the skills and experiences to lead and grow an impactful Executive Compensation or Executive Rewards Consulting practice with significant level of board and C-Suite interaction, possibly within a reputable global consulting firm or similar environment.
Demonstrated capabilities to lead and drive revenue generation and business development with a reputation in the market as a trusted advisor in this space.
Extensive experience in a consulting or corporate environment in executive compensation design, analysis, and implementation, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and empower teams to achieve outstanding results.
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, coupled with the capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Profession, or Certified Executive Compensation Professional are advantageous but not required.
