We are currently seeking a Senior Traffic Manager to join our team and contribute to the seamless execution of our creative projects.


About the Role:

As our Senior Traffic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the workflow and resources. You will be responsible for the smooth flow of work, acting as the conduit between our internal clients and the creative delivery teams including presentation, design, digital and video. An ideal role for someone who thrives on a fast pace environment.

**This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to be fully remote.**

Key Responsibilities:


Workload Management:

Manage our incoming workflow and respond efficiently to project requests.

Prioritize projects based on scope and business needs.

Allocate appropriate resources based on skills required whilst considering global priorities.

Collaborate with function managers to identify suitable team members for specific projects.

Analyze team utilization and work with local managers to improve productivity.

Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Communication and Collaboration:

Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal clients, creative teams, and key global contacts.

Foster communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring everyone is informed and working towards shared goals.

Help develop feedback mechanisms and ways to improve communication.

Problem-Solving:

Consistently demonstrate a solutions-based approach and guide teams towards finding optimal solutions.

Adapt solutions to meet the evolving needs of each project.

Relationship Management:

Build strong connections and relationships with our internal clients, our projects managers and our creative teams.

Set the standard for positive communications and effectively manage expectations.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Traffic Manager.

Have a strong understanding of the creative workflow and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal clients and colleagues.

Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Be solution focused an amazing problem solver

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

English fluency (written and spoken) REQUIRED
