Development of SMT projects that involve new products, product structure, revision of manufacture routes, new tooling and machine programs.

What youll do

Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the system, to satisfy the needs of the company related to new products and/or components.
Offer required technical support to the SMT area.
Development of SMT projects that involve new products, product structure, revision of manufacture routes, new tooling and machine programs.
Integral maintenance of the structures of the products of the plant and new products. Specially to keep the KPI under target.
Work on continuous improvements projects in the SMT area
SMT documentation (Procedures, Work instructions, visual aids etc.)
Promote a security culture.
Participate actively in the activities that improve the work condition of the plant and SMT area.

Your qualifications

College degree.
Experience on similar position: At least 3 years
Deep knowledge on electronic components
Demonstrate collaboration skills and work team.
Communication skill Spanish and English.
Ability to work with different projects on parallel.
Drive to results
Decision making/ Solve problems
Promotes and achieves change
Pursues personal development.
Completely proactive
