Manufacturing Assembler


Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions. Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed. Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems.


Your Role:

Assembly of Medical Devices
Ability to read and follow BOMs, drawings, and assembly procedures
Good manual dexterity, skilled in use of small hand tools for assembly of devices
Ability to use the user interface of cellular telephone touch screen and push buttons
Ability to position and apply pressure sensitive labels accurately
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in production environment
Performs duties in compliance with Braemars Quality System
Computerized Test and basic Repair of Medical Device
Understands and can perform basic computerized testing
Ability to understand and fill out test forms and device history record forms
Performs duties in compliance with Braemars Quality System


You're the right fit if:

High School or GED Equivalent
3+ months of manufacturing experience
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Eagan.
