Technical Requirements: * In this role, the candidate would be responsible for performing analysis of technical and business processes; building and managing code using standard-defined specifications, conducting unit testing, and managing training and deployment. * Through knowledge of Workflow, Rating, DAP, QPP/DEC, and Rating worksheet Transformations with good debugging skills to troubleshoot and perform impact analysis for development/enhancement. * Responsible for maintenance and development of the application using the OneShield Dragon Designer Tool. * Self-motivated with an ability to work in cross-platform technologies and to work on more than one project at a time. * Should be a strong team player to lead and cross-train the skills with others. * Exposure to P&C Insurance is a value add. * Exposure to PL/SQL and Java is valuable. * Must have good skills with analysis, and development of the application in different areas such as Rating, UI, Forms, Workflow, QPP/DEC and Rating worksheets. * Strong debugging skills using workflow in the Dagon Designer Tool. * Preferable PL/SQL Knowledge, Java/J2EE knowledge, Oracle Administration, P& C Insurance background
