Human Resources Manager Manufacturing Memphis, TN

Salary $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Benefits in the Memphis, TN area

This manufacturer is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager who will manage the employment lifecycle for the Memphis plant & warehouse. Your experience will need to include involvement in the complete employee lifecycle process, recruiting, employee engagement & relations. Youll be supporting employees and management interactions. Your goals will be to streamline and administer the existing recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations programs. Youll need to be organized, have excellent time management & customer service skills as youll work with everyone at the Memphis plant.

Your basic responsibilities include:
Manage the hiring process of the recruiting & staffing needs for the full employee lifecycle, from posting jobs to interviewing, exit interviews, and succession planning
Working with management regarding employee hiring & training, performance review, disciplinary processes, and coaching
Mange the HR departmental budget
Will handle Safety for the facility
Will be handling all of the Environmental / EPA for the plant
Collaborate with community groups to increase employee engagement, provide health & wellness activities & info, community outreach projects
Work with governmental agencies for audits, compliance reviews & other reports as required.

Minimum requirements for this Human Resources & Environmental Manager:
BS degree, preferably in HR, Management, or Business
At least 5 years experience in human resources
Any experience in Safety would be ideal.
Would prefer someone to have EPA / Environmental experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint.
