ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Director of Simple Benefits works in partnership with Producers and Brokers educating them on the Simple Benefits Program.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Educate Brokers and PEOs about Simple Benefits to get them to write business for clients through the platform. Oversee the implementation of new groups, ensuring a smooth transition Working with and maintaining relationships with Simple Benefits partners: TPA, PBM, Reinsurer, Stop Loss Carrier Coordinate the highest levels of client service with account management teams for new business, and renewals while overseeing the renewal process. Maintain a proper level of communication and build effective relationships with clients and carriers
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 + years experience as an Employee Health & Benefits Producer 3+ years experience in alternative health insurance Experience working in a general agent model Extensive knowledge of how insurance products are utilized and administered. Extensive knowledge of markets and marketing techniques Proven customer service and relationship skills Possess excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn Agency Management Systems. Active Life and Health resident agents license A shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, Accountability
Applicants must live in the Metro Atlanta area and have the ability to commute a minimum of three days per week.
