A day in the life.


Responsible for assisting Business Support Groups Employee Benefits support team with updating, reviewing, and creating Open Enrollment materials for our EH&B clients. Their responsibilities will include creating and updating materials, such as benefit guides, flyers, presentations, forms, Brainsharks, among other resources.

Marketing Coordinator
, youll

Collaborate with marketing team and Employee Benefits Account Teams to create and execute a range of documents and communication materials.
Assist in graphic design tasks including creating layouts, selecting fonts, and manipulating images to ensure materials are visually appealing and effectively communicate key messages.
Participate in client strategy meetings to understand their unique needs and preferences and contribute ideas for tailored communication solutions.
Strategically coordinate and support multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Communicating effectively and regularly with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Provide exemplary internal client service, offering advanced support to large client accounts by fulfilling customized graphic design requests with precision and creativity.
Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs as needed to contribute to the overall success of the department.

3-5 years of experience in a business environment.
Bachelors degree with a concentration in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Illustrator.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) reading and writing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Excel
Strong copy editing and proofreading skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Adaptable to ever changing environment, ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Ability to interact with various personality styles and manage requests from multiple sources.
Ability to work remote, build and foster colleague relationships virtually.
