PROFILE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Role & responsibilities
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via call
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and sharable experience
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate with excellent Hindi and English communication can apply
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Must have positive thought process
- Must be comfortable working from office
SALARY: UPTO 15.5k in hand
