We will count on you to:

Conduct tender surveys of the insurance market and insurance policy remarketing;
Prepare detailed analysis and presentation of the results of the insurance program remarketing;
Implement medical insurance contracts in our clients company
Support of health insurance contracts (including administration and client support during settlement of insurance events, claims handling);
Conducting negotiations with client representatives;
Conducting negotiations with insurers regarding the protection of clients' interests;
Advise clients on insurance products and coverages;
Compilation of statistical reporting under the insurance contract (level of unprofitability, types of assistance provided, etc.)


What you need to have:

2 years of work experience in the field of health insurance or private medical sector
Good knowledge of the medical insurance process implementation, deep understanding of claims handling
Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian fluent
Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel must)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-discipline
Ability to work well in a team, willingness to learn new skills, and a proactive and persuasive attitude
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
