A day in the life.

As our
Client Advocate
on the
Surety
team, youll deliver surety clients effective and efficient resolutions to their surety bonding needs by identifying gaps and providing additional or alternative coverage options. You will be in charge of managing multiple priorities efficiently, communicating with clients in a clear and concise fashion to identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions. Every day you will collaborate with other team members and carrier partners to ensure clients are receiving accurate timely responses.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Experience in the insurance, finance, banking, or other professional industry
Computer proficiency with system of records, web-based tools, and Microsoft programs
Ability to priorities and organizes time efficiently to ensure the meeting or exceeding deadlines
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Maintain a positive work atmosphere and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and leadership

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelors in business, finance, risk management, communication, or equivalent degree
Property & Casualty License (required within 3 months of hire)
CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
