Experience 3 to 8 years
Experienced in testing of Windows and also embedded applications
Has proven track record of creating test cases based on specification and executing them
Has good insight of customer needs and translating them into a test specification and plan
Able to communicate clearly and support developers to understand the issues
Knowledge of some scripting languages and ability to create test scripts for test automation is an added advantage
Has experience of Agile (Scrum) based software development model
