Job Description:
Designation: Team Lead - Reporting Analyst
Process: US Healthcare
Shift Timings: UK Shift (2:00 PM To 11:30 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)
Work Location: Gandhinagar
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads a team that delivers reporting related needs and requirement to the client or internal stakeholders or a leadership team through data-driven automation/technics
Can manage a reporting analyst/MIS executives team of 10
Ability to motivate, develop, scale and build a strong team
Prior experience with Data Analysis would be preferable
Capability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently on the assigned projects
Understand and deliver client specific MIS reports and finding opportunities to streamline the client and internal process
Excellent Data interpretation and analytics skill. Ability to transform data into meaningful insights
Work on developing dashboards in BI tools and report out to the clients/leadership team.
Candidate can effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using Power BI and Excel.
Performing data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design using advanced Excel and other BI tools.
Crunching of Customer data to derive some actionable insights
Required Skills:
Should have good team handling experience
Prior Experience in Large scale data analytics
Good analytical, data interpretation and presentation skill
Demonstrated ability to work under stretched timelines with external Clients to drive results.
Experience in front ending functional level discussions & reviews with leadership
Hands on Experience in Advanced Excel and Power BI Tool
Should have intermediate knowledge on T-SQL
Competency:
Good spoken and written communication skills and hands-on experience in this field.
Prior relevant experience of working in a BPO is preferred.
Good knowledge of knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous forecasting experience is desired, ideally in a multi-site / multi-territory environment.
Proven ability to work in a highly complex, challenging and constantly evolving environment.
