position:IT executive

we want who have completed BCA OR MCA degree with the experience 3 to 5 yrs and have the knowledge of ERP implementation and process automation

Responsibilities for IT executive

• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries/agendas, and process travel expenses
• Process monthly executive business expenses
• Prepare and organize vendor financial books for European travel
• Assist in planning budgets
• Works with studio and Burbank leaders to develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap to establish and maintain an IT infrastructure that can support WBIEs aggressive growth and expansion plans
• Keeps critical services such as desktop operating systems, security patches, email/Office365 tools, shared storage, collaboration tools (Box, Confluence), data transfer services (Aspera), source control and similar running at peak performance and working across all the studios to prevent downtime
• For key vendors/contracts impacting multiple studios, evaluates studio needs in partnership with studio IT directors, leads vendor and deal evaluation, leads/assists in structuring and negotiating contracts, and determines studio allocations
• Provides guidance and direction to studio IT Directors
• Stays current on new developments in IT
• Facilitates cooperation and alignment between IT and game engineering teams

Qualifications for IT executive

• Experience with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint
• Strong experience and understanding of the Global Markets business areas and product lines technology architecture and systems supporting those products
• Strong background and experience of managing and executing IT application audits within an investment bank across fixed income and equities products
• Minimum of 10 years successfully selling Applications, BPO, IT consulting, outsourcing and other IT service offerings to CEO/CIOs in the manufacturing and sub-manufacturing industries
• Tenured sales professional with a track record successfully meeting and exceeding quotas
• 5 years of experience in a matrixed-managed environment
