Mode : Full time in office
Reporting : Sales and Business development Lead
Experience: 4-6 years
Equipment Salesassistant manager has an overall accountability for thesalesstatus of the BOS products and services in its area of responsibility including Network survey vehicle (NSV), falling weight deflectometer (FWD), Lidar, drones etc for road and construction sector.
He/she must interact with the prospective buyers/customers to achieve sales and salesforecasting and planning as well as negotiating agreements, provision of customer for training, and customer product assimilation support.
Must be able to givesalessupport and produce leads through attending trade shows. He/she must also be able to appraise thesales status and be able to identify the competitors edge and their strategies. Hence recognizing new market opportunities and foreseeing the success of the BOS products & services.
Formulate a database that is intended for customer insight and vital information.
Forecastand report preparation of salesby units segment by segment.
Make a comprehensive comparison between monthlysalesand the goals that has been set. Thus coming up with the necessary actions to correct or maintain the strategies that have been applied.
Update yearly strategic plan by providingsalesinput.
Evaluate product performance by extracting customers feedback therefore giving an interface with the Management.
Promote BOS products by providing a contribution on advertising and social media SEO.
Maintain the BOS products competitiveness by recommending an effective pricing program.
Keep track of new notifications, guidelines, EOI, tenders issued Morth, NHAI and other apex institutions and take necessary actions.
Interface with quality assessment or regulatory board about the BOS products quality, certifications and safety issues.
