3. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns aimed at student recruitment.
4. Build relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to establish recruitment partnerships and expand our reach.
5. Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding program offerings, admission requirements, financial aid options, and career prospects.
6. Assist students with the application process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating enrollment procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollment data using CRM software or databases.
8. Participate in recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students.
9. Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty members to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students into their respective programs.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market demand, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact student recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Willing to do student recruitment, admissions, or education counselling.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms will be an advantage
