We will count on you to:



Coordinate Client Services

Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the business for North China Team
Develop and present new/renewal/prospective presentation to clients and reinsurers to grow revenue
Identify and pursue potential opportunities to win new clients and projects to drive overall unit or department revenue growth.
Connect with Strategic Advisory, Analytics, Advisory and Accounting and Fiduciary groups to provide expert and technical support to clients


Provide Broker Support

Support the best broking practice, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission, execution, and etc.
Support the development and presentation of innovative solutions for client needs and complex risk situations.
Coordinate more complex responses to client queries and concerns to ensure issues are resolved completely and promptly.
Grow and maintain strong relationships with insurers/ reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to drive high client satisfaction.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various lines of business and reinsurance markets.


What you need to have:

Good academic track record, preferably in a numerical discipline.
Strong analytical and technical skills. Comfortable with conducting comparative analysis, managing large amounts of data in an efficient manner. Ability to articulate complex and technical information in layman and concise ways through written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team. Ability to identify trends in the market and find innovation solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintain good client, reinsurer, and internal relationships.
Outstanding project management skills, in planning ahead the different milestones to achieve and execute in a timely manner with strong commitment on quality.
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
Strong language capabilities in English and Mandarin Chinese.
1-3 years relevant work experience in (re)insurance industry or agricultural insurance is a plus
