Marsh is seeking a Senior Account Manager/Associate Account Director to develop and foster long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients, and are responsible for retaining, servicing and expanding key accounts. Account managers direct collaboration across the firm to provide comprehensive product and service solutions that meet the client's needs. An Account Manager III leads and inspires a large department or unit to execute its strategy and deliver business results, by setting direction and empowering teams to perform.


What can you expect:


Utilizes comprehensive risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including: cross-selling of policies, evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.



We will count on you to:

Understand P&C Insurance market in China and Marsh broker standard and guideline.
Provide risks solution to the client by evaluating their current insurance program or uninsurable risks exposure.
Independently handles routine inquires and transactions concerning clients:
Prepares and maintains summary client insurance summaries under supervision of the client advisor or executive.
Reviews policies and initiates draft recommendations for coverage.
Coordinates and reviews billing and invoice materials, prepares invoices and certifications.
Prepares spreadsheets and other documents to support analysis of accounts.
May assist in preparing proposals for client presentation and participate in-group presentations.
Understands and complies with published Marsh Professional Standards and guidelines.
Ensure quality of deliverables and enforce critical deadlines
Assist Practice Leader to achieve teams financial budget
Complete other tasks assigned by Practice leader


What you need to have:

Has a college degree or equivalent work experience.
Has an understanding of property/casualty insurance principals and basic understanding on claim handling/procedures.
Must have excellent oral and communication skills.
10+ years related work experience.
