Kantar is looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Research Executive to join our Brand team in Dubai.

The role:


As a Senior Research Executive, you will be supporting the Account Manager and Associate Director in successfully delivering Brand research projects to the portfolio clients. You will partner with teams working on brand strategy and brand building research projects (quantitative research). You will help with the planning and implementation of research projects, day-to-day project management, delivery of analysis, development of actionable insights and effective presentations.

This role is based out of Dubai. Dubai offers an exceptional experience with world class infrastructure, tax free income, high quality education, safe and secure living with easy connectivity to any part of the world. There are more than 30 nationalities residing in Dubai, offering a unique cosmopolitan culture.


What you'll be doing:


Project management: planning, management, budgeting, executing, problem solving and delivery with some supervision and guidance;
Client management: conduct client briefings to get a thorough understanding of their research needs;
Design of research materials: questionnaires, guides, timings, DP specs, stimulus, etc;
Prepare presentations and analyses/reporting to a high standard;
Data analysis: investigating issues, checking, cross tab, formatting, charting;
Support the senior team by proactively recommending changes and solutions for task-based problems.


The skills & experience you'll need:



A strong background (4+ years) working in quantitative market research combined with proven experience leading brand research projects
(experience with brand tracking is a plus);
A passion for brands and brand management, combined with a highly strategic and consultative approach;
Experience working with global clients in a variety of industries (FMCG, telecom), with a passion for and pursuit of exceptional client experience;
Strong mathematical and analytical skills: you enjoy working with numbers and you can translate data to a compelling story and actionable insights for the client;
Desire and commitment to driving the collective success of a team;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
