We Are Hiring Senior ServiceNow developer

5+ Years of Experience

• Experience implementing new modules or features, ideally CSM,OMT. Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations per organization established development practices.
• Design and develop applications, processes, and solutions code to support the requirements Working under the oversight of the Innovation architect and in collaboration with all other members of the ServiceNow team.
• Develop scripts, workflows and solutions using available tools and established best practices. Understand and have experience gathering detailed solution requirements and converting those into functional solutions. Experience with complex problem solving.
• Development using the Agile methodology. Strong modular code/scripting philosophy.
• Experience in configuring the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent Branding Virtual Agent Enabling the out of the box conversations Configuring the out of the box topic blocks and topics Customizing the out of the box topic blocks and topics
• Creating topic blocks and topics Experience in scripting to call APIs Creates and configures Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs/OLAs/UCs. Experience with Flow Designer and/or UI Builder Knowledge of web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML.
