  1. Responsible for ensuring client Satisfaction and also deliverables are executed in desired quality within defined timelines
  2. Should have good experience in managing program operations and driving project task to closure
  3. End to end client servicing ensuring that the SLA's defined are met
  4. Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes, people development and technology
  5. Ensure team is proactively meeting stakeholders requirements by providing a centralized, professional and effective Loyalty marketing and planning service.
  6. Making presentations based on the requirements/ client briefs
  7. Ensure that all external and internal events are aligned with the program marketing calendar and business objectives and activities are effectively leveraged to the benefit of the program.
  8. Knowledge of excel is must

Eligibility Criteria:

Min1years of experience in driving loyalty programs tasks.

Preferred industry experience in loyalty/ Client services experience
