3-5 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup, preferably from software product development company
Applicants with a degree from a reputed or premium college will be preferred
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools such as Zoho People, Zoho
Expense, ADP etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively..
