SAP EAM TEAM LEAD Onsite - Client is located in San Francisco, CA 2 Openings Available Job summary SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant Onsite Team Lead with expertise required in Utilities industry & minimum 10-12 years of experience. Engages in full life cycle stages of project execution in the EAM area delivering all SAP EAM support activities and phases of SAP EAM implementation, enhancements, problem management, automation, etc Interacts with clients on a routine basis to business issues, gather requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios and map the appropriate SAP EAM solutions Identifies and assists in the development of new services and capabilities to address client's business needs in SAP EAM segment Proactively works with client and business on escalation management Job responsibilities Experience in Asset Management, Functional Location hierarchy Extensive knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Time/Strategy based Maintenance, Breakdowns, and all type of repair process Knowledge of Corrective Maintenance, configuration of Notification types, Order types, PM configuration and design Knowledge of Maintenance operations, order processing, tasks, PM refurbishment process and integration with time confirmation Knowledge of meter serialization process Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company Worked in Plan to build processes with integration knowledge with Procure to Pay and Finance processes Experience in Power Plan and estimation solutions Experience in Work Management and work scheduling tools ( CLICK, Work Manager), GIS, Field Work applications Closely Work with other towers (SAP ISU, MM), communicate on daily basis with offshore team members and take ownership of the deliverables Require deep knowledge of utility business processes; excellent communication skills, minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Customer Service and integration with other EAM applications required with proven track record of successful SAP ERP/EAM implementations Experience in broad SAP functional applications, with emphasis on EAM components, and has proven track record of delivering team results Experience with overseeing and approving the end-to-end process design, configuration, testing, and ultimate conversions of the SAP functions included within EAM and all points of integration across the solution landscape Lead oversight of the integrated system design enabling Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes across an SAP landscape with GIS and scheduling solutions; all in support of the utility industry Knowledge in Geo based Tools, GIS, SAP ISU, Device Management, SAP MM skills would be nice to have
