POSITION TITLE: System Integration and Test Engineer

POSITION DUTIES: Designing and creating test strategies and plans based on requirements in collaboration with multiple engineering teams (Product, Engineering, Programs); identifying, debugging and resolving system issues; optimizing test efficiencies and processes; performing data analysis necessary to verify test results and fixes; creating scripts/tools to automate log analysis and system recovery actions; developing and implementing deployment management strategies and procedures; learning system architecture, design, functions and capabilities to support the integration and test of the new capabilities and enhancements; participating in wide-ranging engineering activities: requirements analysis, solution development, verification and validation as well as deployment; and contracting test facilities and managing vendors to execute tests.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and two (2) years of experience as a Product Systems Engineer, Product Engineer – Engineering Systems, or related.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education or experience in the following:

1. CAD using NX and solidworks
2. Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and functional safety concept
3. System engineering practices, including system integration, requirements engineering, operational and decision analysis, systems definition, and requirements baseline control and management
4. Analyzing test results and drawing conclusions using statistics and large data sets
5. Design Verification Plan and Report (PR) Verification and Regression testing
6. CAE Analysis and Vehicle testing

**May work remotely within commuting distance to the office.**

SALARY RANGE: $122,599 to $155,250 per year / full time
