The role of a Salon Development Agent is to sell a diverse range of luxury salon professional products to salons and spas. The main objective is to establish brand loyalty and recognition within a specific geographic territory, while implementing strategies to drive new and existing business growth.
As a Salon Development Agent, you will collaborate with PRESTIGE Pro to expand the territory and increase salon sales through various strategies such as product education, business consultation, merchandising, promotions, and maintaining strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.
Reporting to the Principal Agent for the designated territory, you will have specific targets for both new business development and the growth of existing accounts. Your commission and performance will be based on achieving these goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build strong and trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
Manage both existing and new business development.
Maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional in-salon presentations and product knowledge.
Launch new salons and retail accounts.
Meet new business goals.
Introduce new products to existing salons.
Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with salon owners, managers,
and stylists.
Support retail segment sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Maintain a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts.
Implement strategic education plans for each salon within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales and retail experience.
Candidates with previous outside sales and beauty industry experience are preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong drive for sales success.
Ability to prospect and close new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Adaptability to work with and educate salon professionals.

Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Rotating weekends
