As a Supply Network Planner, you will be part of the Zone Supply Network Planning Team, and you will be responsible for enabling regional SNP teams by defining inventory limits, sourcing and deployment strategies for the Business units (BU). Next to that, you are responsible for continuous improvement, benchmarking across the BU, KPI reporting and budgeting, Corona import coordination and the yearly (1YP) process.

What will you be doing:

Review and maintain all planning parameters with relevant functions (sometimes challenging the business owner) to ensure good data quality to run SNP (Supply Network Planning)
Run budget and LP SNP (Linear Programming) scenarios when required, review and analyze the output
Run tactical SNP processes and generate the monthly plan, review, and analyze the output from CONA (Cost Optimized Network Allocation), identify non-optimal allocations and the root causes, define actions to improve
Bring the output of the tactical SNP with identified risks & opportunities, and scenarios into the S&OP process, get the corresponding decisions & alignment of the plan
Cascade the volume allocation (quota and sourcing priorities) and target stock (DOIs at different periods) from tactical SNP to operational SNP
Run the operational SNP process and generate the weekly plan considering the guidance from tactical SNP; Identify gaps and resolutions via cross-functional collaborations
Cascade the weekly plan to downstream areas such as scheduling, deployment, MRP, etc.
Follow up the execution of the weekly plan and identified actions, monitor the mandatory KPIs at daily basis and react when necessary
What you'll bring:

High level of English (oral and written skills)
University degree and 2-3 years of relevant prior experience in Business Analyst, Supply Chain Expert, Supply Analyst or similar position
Good computer skills required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)/ SAP and/or PowerBI is a plus
Project Management skills
Good analytical skills / Attention to detail / Punctuality / Stakeholder management / Highly structured and systematic approach
Experience in a fast-paced work environment and knowledge of supply network planning processes is a plus
