Sales Engineer for Malaysia
As part of an international team of 50 engineers and sales staff, you will advise and support our international clients on new projects and proactively pursue tenders in the energy, water and strategy consulting sectors with a focus on Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region. You will also present our high quality consulting services to potential new clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring of the market situation in the ASEAN region to identify new sales opportunities
- Preparation and calculation of quotations in close cooperation with our specialist engineers
- Submit, negotiate and follow up on quotations
- Provide technical support to existing customers
- Contacting and prospecting potential new customers
- Contribute to the development of new consulting solutions
Your profile:
- Good to very good engineering degree, preferably related to the energy or water industry
- Structured working style and ability to explain highly complex issues in an understandable way
- Ideally have first sales experience in an international context
- You are business fluent in English
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally
- Flexible and open to new ideas
- Willingness to work in an international environment and deal with demanding stakeholders
