Job Description


Your role:

Developing and executing the Go to Market approach for assigned portfolio, the associated products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
Providing future product needs and market opportunities with quantified data
Identifying and evaluating local for local products and propose additions to product portfolio for approval by global BU.
Providing an annual tactical marketing plan.
Providing customer feedback on existing products on a quarterly basis.
Analyzing competitive strategies and providing feedback to the BG / BU.
Owning the local Corporate Market Models data input.
Managing the New Product Introduction and determining local product portfolio and pricing.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans including BU specific promotional activities and other marketing investments.
Building a network with professional associations and luminaries
Deploying product pricing and positioning

You're the right fit if:

Bachelors degree and >5 years of industry experience
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or MedTech products or solutions.
Has a broad knowledge of products and services within the scope.
Knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes.
Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally.
Ability to build strong relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external parties including executive leadership, partners, and key opinion leaders.
