• Good to have 3+ years experience working in a BPO (voice)
• 1 year team handling experience
• Willing to work in either Australia/US shifts (not both).
• Very good communication skills
• Generating Business Opportunities
• Contacting and generating leads through calls or emails
• Play an integral part in generating and converting new leads that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Responsible for full sales cycle and client servicing.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the products that you are selling.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and by email.
