A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with 2+ years of primary care experience to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment

Schedule:

•4 10s (7a-6p) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

•Assignment dates: 4/01- 07/01/24

Practice Setting:

 •Outpatient clinic

 •2 patients per hour

 •Support from RN and front desk

 Cases and Procedures:

 •Full Primary care, (sick visits, routine health maintenance, hypertension, upper respiratory, back pain)

 •Chronic care management

 •Preventative Health

•Women's health
