Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up sales department policies and operation procedures
Regularly conduct surveys and evaluations of sales activities in hotel to identify successes and challenges while providing best-practice solutions
Plan and implement overall sales operations and special sales events in hotel
Work tightly with procurement, marketing, and logistic department to develop strategies to promote new products and services
Coordinate with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners
Oversee and monitor hotel performance and sales contracts, identify any potential issues or disputes to maximize the company's profits
Direct and supervise team members in maintaining good relationship with business partners such as retailers and local restaurants
Explore new business opportunities and build up long-term partnership with clients
Hire and arrange training of employees
Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:
College diploma in business or in a related field
A minimum of 2 years of sales manager experience is required
Excellent communication skills
Strong time- and task- management abilities

Wage: $56.50/Hour
Benefit: ten (10) days vacation which is calculated on your earnings at a rate of 4%
Working hours: 30 40 Hours/Week
