Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for overall lumber manufacturing operations and maintenance.



Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and be willing to work with and around hazardous materials.



You must be willing to:

Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Ensure the high production of quality goods in a safe and efficient manner
Oversee budgetary items (including fixed & variable costs)
Provides strategic planning for the mill
Comply with all environmental regulations
Establish & maintain effective work relationships within the department, the company and the community
Exhibit regular and punctual attendance
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner


Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent
8 or more years experience in management
Excellent computer & communication (written & oral) skills
Excellent time management & organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills
